Cashier - Remote Position at Vaillant Group

About the Role

Join Vaillant Group as a Cashier in a remote position where you will assist the Financial Manager with cash management. This Cashier role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of heating solutions while enjoying flexible working hours and a supportive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist in routine cash disbursement and arrangement.
• Manage all bank affairs and cooperate with internal and external audits.
• Verify invoices for direct materials and input VAT in the golden tax system.
• Handle WHT declaration affairs with local tax authorities.
• Participate in biannual fixed assets physical counting.
• Perform additional business activities as assigned by your superior.

Requirements

• Graduated from college or above.
• 1-3 years of cashier experience.
• Proficient in computer operations.
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Open-minded with a sense of responsibility and motivation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Nice to Have

• Possession of relevant professional titles, certificates, or licenses.
• Experience in the heating equipment industry.
• Knowledge of financial regulations in China.
