Care Assistant - Remote Support Role

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Assist with medication management and daily routines.
• Perform light housework to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Facilitate appointments or social activities to enhance client engagement.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for helping older people.
• A valid driving license, access to a car, and business insurance.
• Availability on weekdays and/or weekends.
• A willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team.
• No previous care experience is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a caregiving role, though not mandatory.
• Knowledge of health and social care standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
