Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst remote to work with our team at KWAN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop, maintain, and optimize data process pipelines while collaborating with various teams to enhance our data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data process pipelines in SQL Server and SQL Integration Services (SSIS).
• Implement and manage data integration and synchronization processes between heterogeneous systems, ensuring consistency and error control.
• Evolve relational databases in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including support for production environments, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Create and optimize complex queries in T-SQL and SQL (PostgreSQL), ensuring performance and best practices.
• Participate in the design and modeling of data in relational databases.
• Implement data anonymization and pseudonymization mechanisms to protect sensitive information and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Define and apply data quality mechanisms, validations, and reconciliations to ensure integrity and traceability.
• Document technical solutions, data flows, and models for efficient maintenance and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for requirements gathering and continuous delivery of improvements.
• Work experience in CI/CD with GitLab.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience with SSIS for data integration.
• Strong knowledge of creating and optimizing complex queries in T-SQL and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Medium level of English (B1 at least).
• Fluent level of Portuguese.
