About the Role

We're hiring a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Snag Solutions. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the Web3 space, focusing on blockchain technology and community engagement. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and enhancing our partners' onboarding processes.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with leading Web3 games, blockchains, brands, and creators to share our product and value proposition.
  • Utilize your strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey our offerings.
  • Be proactive in improving our go-to-market process by iterating quickly on top-of-funnel strategies.
  • Generate meetings through outbound sales efforts and drive inbound leads via content and social media marketing.
  • Work approximately 40 hours a week or more on average, contributing to a product with strong customer validation and early Product Market Fit.
  • Adapt to the fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup, demonstrating a strong ownership mindset.
  • Collaborate effectively with small teams, leveraging your communication skills to foster a productive work environment.

Requirements

  • North America-based college graduate with a strong interest in Web3 and blockchain technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity and take ownership of tasks.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the blockchain category.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in various industries.
  • Experience in content marketing or social media engagement.
  • Understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and its key players.
