About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Marketer to join our team in the home care industry. This Business Development Marketer remote position is crucial for our growth as you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with health facilities and other entities. What You'll Do

  • Generate business through established marketing strategies and business contacts.

  • Collaborate with project management and operational staff to establish training and education materials for new business opportunities.
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts through periodic visits and exploring specific needs.
  • Communicate marketing and sales strategies with the region’s management team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care marketing or business development.
  • Knowledge of Home Care/Medicaid eligibility.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • A team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and co-workers.
