What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day execution of brand marketing campaigns and initiatives, including market research and influencer/event assistance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across the Brand Marketing organization to help coordinate deliverables and ensure timely execution.
  • Compile, track, and organize tasks across marketing channels to streamline workflows and support project management.
  • Assist with campaign recaps, competitive analyses, and internal decks or reports as needed.
  • Monitor marketing trends and identify opportunities for the brand across digital and experiential channels.
  • Support overall sample management for product launches, including organizing, preparing, and tracking samples as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and take initiative to support teams proactively.
