Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) remote to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral analysis and therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. What You'll Do
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians and other staff in implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for clients.
- Provide telehealth services and support to clients and their families.
Requirements
- Must hold a current BCBA certification and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in applied behavior analysis.
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with functional behavior assessments and skill acquisition plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience in telehealth service delivery.
- Knowledge of ADOS-2 and ADIR assessments.
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
