About the Role

ABA Pathways is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team remotely. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and person-centered behavioral analysis services. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and design individualized behavior programs tailored to each client's needs.
  • Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule with clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide direct services to clients as needed, adapting to their unique requirements.
  • Offer ongoing support to families and collaborate closely with clinical team members.
  • Ensure the implementation of behavior programs according to ABA Pathways' standards of excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow BCBA colleagues to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Report directly to the Clinical Director, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Licensed behavior analyst in Georgia.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing ABA services.
  • Demonstrated experience and skills in team leadership.
  • Ability to independently lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Capability to interact with clients, including bending, twisting, and moving quickly as needed.
  • TB clearance and background check clearance are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in navigating technology as a remote employee.
  • Willingness to travel to the clinic once per quarter for in-person supervision.
