About the Role

Join Binance as part of the Binance Accelerator Program - Security (AI & IAM) remote position. This unique opportunity is designed for early career talent to immerse themselves in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. What You'll Do

  • Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) for back-end operating systems, ensuring robust security protocols are in place.
  • Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives to enhance security measures.
  • Maintain and improve IAM AIbot functionalities to streamline processes.
  • Provide functional and business technology support for IAM tools, including chat FAQ handling and permission authorization.
  • Conduct data protection and risk identification analyses to safeguard user information.
  • Monitor system alerts through STAP and evaluate system functionality for continuous improvement.
  • Correlate events across multiple systems to proactively identify and resolve underlying issues.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments from management with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in IT or a related field.
  • Direct experience with Identity and Access Management principles.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools for access control.
  • Proficiency in Python and Django, with knowledge of AWS, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
  • Understanding of AI workflows, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented-Generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with international partners.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to change.
