About the Role

TaskHuman is seeking a dedicated Bilingual English & Arabic Language Teacher/Coach to join our remote team. This position allows you to work flexibly from anywhere in the world while making a significant impact on clients' language learning journeys. As a Bilingual English & Arabic Language Teacher/Coach, you will provide personalized coaching and support through video calls, helping clients achieve their language goals.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct engaging and effective language coaching sessions in English and Arabic.
  • Create personalized coaching plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Utilize your excellent communication and active listening skills to foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Work with a diverse clientele, adapting your teaching style to meet various learning preferences.
  • Participate in monthly coach connect calls to collaborate with fellow coaches and share best practices.
  • Attend meetups with your country’s coaching community to network and grow professionally.
  • Maintain industry certifications and stay updated on best practices in language coaching.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Arabic with fluency in both languages.
  • At least 4+ years of professional coaching experience.
  • Industry certifications in language teaching or coaching are required.
  • Experience in virtual coaching is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
  • Own an iPhone or Android smartphone or computer for coaching sessions.
  • Passion for helping people achieve their language learning goals.

Nice to Have

  • Registration as an Independent Contractor.
  • Experience in teaching or coaching in a virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with language learning technologies and platforms.
