About the Role

Requirements

• Fluency in Malagasy and English; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer service software.
