Assembly Technician for Valves - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Assembly Technician for Valves to join our team at HOERBIGER in Vienna. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the production of high-quality components for our OEM clients. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team that values quality, precision, and reliability.

What You'll Do

• Perform mechanical manufacturing tasks, assembling components according to technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on components to ensure they meet specifications.
• Document and report work and inspection data in the designated system.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Continuously improve workplace organization following the 5S principles.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as metal technology.
• Experience in assembly and construction activities is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift operation.
• Strong commitment to quality, reliability, and engagement.
• Ability to work with precision and a strong awareness of quality standards.
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative and solution-oriented thinking.

Nice to Have

• Previous relevant work experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
