About the Role

We’re seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Case Manager to provide individualized support and behavioral healthcare services to clients overcoming behavioral disorders. This Behavioral Health Case Manager remote position allows you to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals in recovery from mental illness and substance abuse challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Provide personalized case management and support to clients in need of behavioral health services.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the recovery process.
  • Engage clients in mutual assessment of problems and goal-setting to foster effective therapeutic relationships.
  • Coordinate care plans from initial contact through the end of service, working closely with team members.
  • Utilize your expertise to navigate social services and connect clients with necessary resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an Associate's degree with three years of relevant experience in social services.
  • A valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio and access to an insured vehicle for client transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Experience in behavioral health or case management is preferred.
  • Ability to form effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

  • Certification in behavioral health or related fields.
  • Experience with recovery-oriented practices.
  • Knowledge of local resources and community services.
