Barback - Day/​Swing Shift

About the Role

As a Barback - Day/Swing Shift, you will play an important role in ensuring our bar runs smoothly and our customers have an enjoyable experience. This position is essential for maintaining the flow of service and supporting our bartenders in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our bartenders and other staff members to keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. What You'll Do

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bar area by wiping down counters, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
• Restock and organize supplies, such as liquor, mixers, glassware, and garnishes to ensure everything is readily available.
• Set up and break down the bar area before and after each shift, ensuring a smooth transition for the next team.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and taking orders when necessary.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
