About the Role

Chainlink Labs is seeking a Banking and Capital Markets Marketing Director to lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that amplify Chainlink’s position specifically within the global Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) industry. This remote role offers the opportunity to define high-impact Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Chainlink solutions targeting BCM use cases such as tokenized assets, decentralized finance integration, and digital payments.

What You'll Do

  • Own the development and execution of global solution marketing strategies that prioritize Banking and Capital Markets audiences and key use cases.
  • Lead the creation of differentiated solution positioning and messaging that clearly articulates Chainlink’s value to BCM buyer personas.
  • Oversee competitive, market, and audience intelligence, focusing on FinTech and decentralized finance.
  • Drive integrated campaign strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Partner with communications and PR leadership to strengthen earned media and external storytelling.
  • Ensure tight cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, sales, legal, and ecosystem partners.
  • Lead customer and partner co-marketing programs showcasing innovation and enterprise-grade BCM use cases.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs and performance analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise Product/Solution Marketing.
  • Deep domain expertise in the Banking and Capital Markets industry.
  • Proven ability to lead solution marketing strategy and drive GTM execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data to guide decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience marketing Web3 or blockchain solutions to financial institutions.
  • Experience leading or contributing to PR or analyst relations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
