About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our team remotely. This Backend Developer remote position offers the opportunity to work within the European Economic Area or in our office located in Limassol, Cyprus. We provide full relocation support for those who prefer in-office work.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new microservices in Go.
  • Maintain and improve existing services.
  • Refactor legacy code and extract functionality from the monolith.
  • Occasionally work on tasks in the PHP monolith.
  • Participate in designing the architecture of new solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code.

Requirements

  • Commercial development experience with Go.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture principles.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture.
  • Understanding of high-load systems specifics.
  • Strong Docker skills.
  • Russian language proficiency at C1 level or above.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with PHP.
  • Experience migrating monoliths to microservices.
  • Familiarity with NATS.
  • Experience with Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.
