Automotive Diagnostics Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Automotive Diagnostics Specialists to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will support an innovative pilot project focused on infotainment log analysis, error tracing, and structured diagnostic reporting. As an Automotive Diagnostics Specialist, you will analyze real infotainment system error logs to help improve automotive AI models and raise the standard of diagnostic accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Review and interpret automotive infotainment system logs.
• Trace signals and events to reconstruct the error sequence.
• Identify the most likely root cause of each issue.
• Produce structured RCA reports aligned with engineering standards.
• Collaborate with QA reviewers for accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics.
• Apply strong knowledge of CAN / CAN-FD / LIN bus systems.
• Engage in ECU interaction and error-log debugging.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics, particularly infotainment systems.
• Strong knowledge of CAN / CAN-FD / LIN bus systems and signal tracing.
• Experience with ECU interaction, vehicle communication protocols, and error-log debugging.
• Ability to interpret raw communication logs and reconstruct event sequences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automotive AI models.
• Familiarity with structured diagnostic reporting.
• Previous work on pilot projects in the automotive sector.
