About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join Bayside Health in a remote capacity. This Associate Nurse Unit Manager role will allow you to expand your nursing career while working in a supportive environment. As an ANUM, you will play a crucial leadership role in our Medical Ward, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.

What You'll Do

• Support the Nurse Unit Manager in daily operations of the Medical Ward.
• Ensure the delivery of personal and connected care to patients.
• Act as a leader within the team, providing guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Oversee the management of patient care, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize various software applications to enhance patient care and communication.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Strong background in acute nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Experience in a leadership or management role is desirable.
• Postgraduate qualification in health management is a plus.
