Senior Solutions Architect - AI-Powered Content Operations

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team at Sanity.io, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI-powered content operations. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work remotely in Europe, collaborating with enterprise customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our innovative solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead onboarding workshops, develop customer relationships, and drive both internal and external conversations.

What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding workshops tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
• Proactively develop relationships with technical and product stakeholders at our customers.
• Meet regularly with technical customers to demonstrate how new features can meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Support the new account sales cycle through technical workshops and proof of concept development.
• Create and share examples to help customers understand concepts and implement solutions more quickly.
• Develop and maintain guides and learning modules to address common topics.
• Represent clients’ requests and requirements to the internal product team.
• Work with Support Engineering to resolve customer challenges and unblock specific scenarios.
• Support marketing and product research teams in connecting with relevant customers and planning events and webinars.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a software development role.
• Advanced experience with at least one of the following frameworks: React, Vue, Angular, Astro.
• Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations.
• Experience implementing headless CMS or headless eCommerce solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven experience developing solutions with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Structured with a strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: experience in a B2B customer-facing role, such as consulting or account management.
• Bonus: familiarity with Sanity in production environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data modeling.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
