Asset Protection Agent - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Asset Protection Agent to join our team in a remote capacity. As an Asset Protection Agent - Remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our customers and associates while protecting company assets. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our brand and providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Monitor the sales floor by providing Extreme Customer Service (ECS) and utilizing CCTV to identify suspicious behavior.
• Handle emergency and crisis incidents, ensuring the safety and security of all store team members and customers.
• Conduct regular foot patrols and surveillance of the sales floor to deter theft and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence, assisting customers as needed.
• Document and report all theft incidents or situations where law enforcement has been involved.
• Be prepared to testify in court and cooperate in police investigations as required.
• Conduct Cycle Counts to identify potential shrink/losses and report Shrink Related losses daily or weekly.
• Recover merchandise to avoid shrink-related losses, following company policy and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to respond to emergencies.
• Previous experience in security or asset protection is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and educate others on safety practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail or customer service environments.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems and security protocols.
