Art Director - Creative Leadership Role

About the Role

Pearmill Inc. is seeking a talented Art Director remote to lead our creative team. In this role, you will guide and inspire a group of designers, ensuring high standards of design and creativity across all projects. As an Art Director remote, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand brand objectives and deliver top-notch creative solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering personal growth and career development.
• Guide the design team through the entire creative process, ensuring quality and consistency in all outputs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative design concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Work alongside the Creative Director to generate strategic ideas and enhance design systems.
• Pitch and present design ideas to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and improve creative work.
• Drive innovation in Motion and Graphic Design, encouraging the team to explore effective solutions.
• Analyze performance metrics in collaboration with the Ad Ops team to optimize ad creatives.
• Utilize your expertise in Art Direction remote to push creative boundaries and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Art Direction or related fields.
• Strong skills in Graphic Design, Visual Identity Design, and Creative Strategy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience in Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Familiarity with Data Analysis and A/B Testing methodologies.
• Ability to mentor and develop creative talent within the team.
• Excellent project management skills and experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of UI/UX Design principles and Trend Forecasting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B and B2C Marketing.
• On-Set Art Direction experience.
• Creative Ideation and brainstorming skills.
