About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Technician to join Al Sayer Group's automotive training program in Kuwait. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the automotive industry. As an Apprentice Technician, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn the skills necessary to excel in vehicle maintenance and repair.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in a structured training program set by MNSS and TMC Training Institutions.
  • Learn and understand MNSS standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions during your training period.
  • Collaborate with instructors to clarify any doubts or complex topics that arise during training.
  • Receive allocated work, assess, and plan service and repair tasks under the guidance of a Supervisor.
  • Perform repairs on various vehicle mechanical parts, including engines, transmissions, and suspensions.
  • Consult manufacturer manuals for complex tasks and determine necessary new parts or machining operations.
  • Reassemble parts with precision, using hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure correct functionality.
  • Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Primary Vocational Certificate or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required; however, 1 year in a related field is preferred.
  • Basic English proficiency is essential.
  • Familiarity with automotive systems, including engines and mechanical repairs.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and work instructions diligently.

  • Previous experience in automotive maintenance or repair.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
