About the Role
We are seeking a talented Application/Technology Architect - GCP to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale data processing systems while utilizing your expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). As an Application/Technology Architect, you will design and implement scalable architectures that meet the needs of our clients. This position is hybrid, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and relocation support is available for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect solutions on GCP and AWS cloud platforms with a focus on large-scale data processing.
- Utilize GCP Dataflow for managing and processing massive datasets.
- Manage and design systems utilizing both NoSQL and Relational Databases.
- Provide technical leadership and design system architectures while acting as an individual contributor.
Requirements
- Professional Software Development: 13+ years of experience.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP): 3+ years of experience.
- Java & Spring Boot: Strong proficiency and recent hands-on experience.
- GCP Dataflow: Minimum 3 years of experience with large-scale applications.
- Cloud Architecture: Proficiency in both GCP and AWS architectures.
Nice to Have
- Data Engineering certifications.
- Experience with advanced cloud-native monitoring and security protocols.
