About the Role

We are looking for an Apollo Onboarding Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients using the Apollo platform. What You'll Do

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients using the Apollo platform, ensuring they are set up for success.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate the Apollo tools effectively.

  • Conduct training sessions for clients to maximize their use of the Apollo platform.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer success or onboarding role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is a plus.
