What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of projects related to the Program.
• Ensure adherence to budget targets and evaluate commercial impacts of technical changes.
• Create and follow project schedules to meet Program requirements.
• Prepare profitability analyses and present them to the management team.
• Control Program costs, negotiate with suppliers regarding schedules and technical scope.
• Lead internal and external governance to provide visibility on project performance.
• Identify potential problems and manage risks and opportunities with functional teams.
• Coordinate departmental governance and ensure schedule adherence.

Requirements

• University degree in a related field (Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent).
• Strong leadership skills in project management and commercial negotiation.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, TEAMS, and database management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Knowledge of financial performance metrics.
