About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AMS360 Agency Management System Support Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

  • Provide expert support for the AMS360 Agency Management System, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

  • Conduct training sessions for clients to help them maximize the benefits of the AMS360 system.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably with AMS360 or similar systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, particularly in commercial property and casualty insurance.
