About the Role

We're hiring an AI Prompt Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at Paintgun. In this role, you will explore and experiment with generative tools across various media including image, video, music, and text. Your creativity will drive the development of visually and conceptually strong outputs through thoughtful prompting, making a significant impact on our digital advertising strategies.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with artists, creatives, and strategists to shape new workflows and ideas.
• Create moodboards, motion studies, and creative experiments that inspire future projects.
• Document your process and share findings with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Utilize generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Suno, and ChatGPT to enhance creative outputs.
• Develop strong prompts that lead to high-quality visual and conceptual results.

Requirements

• Strong creative taste and a sharp eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
• A deep interest in generative AI tools and their applications in creative projects.
• Self-motivated with an experimental mindset; you enjoy learning through doing.
• No formal degree required; a portfolio showcasing your work, prompts, or projects is essential.
