About the Role

We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at AffirmedRx, PBC. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition through strategic partnerships with merchants in the UK. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will leverage your expertise to enhance health care outcomes by simplifying pharmacy benefits for employers and individuals alike.

What You'll Do

• Drive customer acquisition through merchant partnerships, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Own end-to-end partner marketing relationships with key UK merchants, ensuring collaborative campaigns are executed effectively.
• Design and deliver full-funnel co-marketing campaigns that resonate with target customers.
• Build and nurture deep marketing relationships with merchant partners to foster long-term collaboration.
• Deliver sharp analysis, insights, and reporting to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.
• Manage partner marketing budgets and ensure compliance with all submissions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Utilize your 7+ years of experience in Partner Marketing or related fields to contribute to our mission.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing, particularly within direct-to-consumer brands.
• Outstanding communication skills and a strategic marketing mindset with attention to detail.
• Expertise in full-funnel planning and command of paid media strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in marketing metrics to drive decision-making.
• Proven experience in developing integrated marketing plans that deliver results.
• Deep understanding of the British retail market and online retail marketing expertise.
• Experience writing creative briefs and iterating based on insights.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action, capable of thriving in a collaborative environment.
