About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager with a Customer Success focus to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager - Customer Success Focus (Remote), you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, onboarding new clients, and providing ongoing training to ensure their success with our SaaS solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients, providing comprehensive training on our products.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and manage account details effectively.
  • Provide live chat support and technical assistance to clients as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and facilitate virtual demos for prospective clients.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to improve service delivery and client engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales and client relationship management.
  • Ability to conduct virtual demos and training sessions effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in AdTech or programmatic advertising.
  • Knowledge of Figma or Sketch for design collaboration.
  • Background in accounting or bookkeeping.
