About the Role
Confluent is seeking a talented Account Executive for the Public Sector to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time remote position based in Sweden, where you will have the opportunity to drive sales initiatives and expand our presence in the public sector. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping government organizations leverage our platform to enhance their data streaming capabilities.
What You'll Do

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working with government or public sector clients is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
