Account Executive - Inside Sales (French Speaker) - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Account Executive - Inside Sales (French Speaker) to join our team at EcoVadis. This remote position allows you to work flexibly while contributing to our mission of guiding companies toward a sustainable world. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new suppliers in Southern Europe and enhancing our EcoVadis network.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and webinars to support their onboarding process and increase response rates for Southern Europe markets.
- Identify and target high-value customers with a customized outreach approach to successfully engage them.
- Manage and monitor your portfolio to maximize conversion rates and drive value throughout the onboarding experience.
- Proactively nurture and build your pipeline, re-engaging customers to maximize inflow.
- Display commercial awareness to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks during the EcoVadis evaluation process.
- Capture and report customer insights to bridge gaps between customer expectations and participation.
- Be accountable for driving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and quality scores.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or upselling.
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent presentation skills.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Strong time management skills to handle high volumes of work autonomously.
- Proactive and motivated to improve customer experience and overcome objections.
