What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in desktop support or technical support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with users.
  • Experience with PowerShell and basic networking concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during 2nd shift hours.
