About the Role
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a 2026 Summer Intern in Customer Insights and Behavioral Science (Remote) at ICF Resources. This internship will allow you to support our Customer Insights Team, focusing on qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral science research to enhance utility programs and services. As a remote intern, you will gain valuable experience while working from any location in the U.S.
What You'll Do
- Support quantitative and qualitative research activities to gather insights on consumer behavior.
- Conduct analysis and reporting on research findings to inform utility programs.
- Create infographics and customer journey maps to visualize data and insights.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance research methodologies and approaches.
- Utilize MS Office Applications for data management and reporting tasks.
- Engage in discussions about energy efficiency and clean energy initiatives.
- Participate in networking opportunities within the industry to build professional connections.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours required.
- Strong writing and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Interest in energy efficiency and clean energy is a plus.
- Experience with MS Office Applications is required.
- Familiarity with survey research software (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer) is a plus.
- Knowledge of data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills are necessary.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
