About the Role
As a Workshop Developer, you’ll help design high-quality, research-informed professional learning experiences used by educators and leaders nationwide. This is a fully remote, part-time position where you will transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, interactive learning modules aligned to adult learning principles. Your work ensures every workshop is rigorous, visually polished, practical, and rooted in the realities of teaching and leadership.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years designing or developing professional learning, instructional materials, or curriculum for adult/educator audiences.
- Instructional design experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex concepts into digestible learning modules.
- Experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools.
- Comfort working independently, managing timelines, and producing high-quality deliverables on schedule.
