About the Role

As a Workshop Developer, you’ll help design high-quality, research-informed professional learning experiences used by educators and leaders nationwide. This is a fully remote, part-time position where you will transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, interactive learning modules aligned to adult learning principles. Your work ensures every workshop is rigorous, visually polished, practical, and rooted in the realities of teaching and leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Transform important educational ideas into beautifully structured, engaging learning experiences.
  • Design workshops that don’t just share information but shift thinking, spark dialogue, and build new habits for educators.
  • Blend creativity and clarity as you develop slide decks, participant tools, and facilitator guides that genuinely support adult learning.
  • Shape learning environments that feel interactive, purposeful, and grounded in strong instructional design.
  • Bring complex concepts to life through visuals, examples, reflection questions, and activities that feel engaging and relevant.
  • Collaborate with a mission-driven team that values thought partnership, intellectual rigor, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years designing or developing professional learning, instructional materials, or curriculum for adult/educator audiences.
  • Instructional design experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex concepts into digestible learning modules.
  • Experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Comfort working independently, managing timelines, and producing high-quality deliverables on schedule.
  • A growth mindset and openness to coaching and iterative improvement.
