About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student in User Experience Research to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Working Student in UX Research, you will support the User Experience Team in the customer-centric development of the Breuninger Online Shop, engaging in various research activities. This is an exciting opportunity for students who are passionate about user experience and usability topics.

What You'll Do

  • Support the team in the conception, execution, and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative studies, including user tests and online surveys.
  • Derive and present actionable recommendations based on research findings.
  • Document and communicate research insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Regularly monitor customer feedback and conduct ongoing research activities.
  • Assist with organizational tasks within the UX research team.

Requirements

  • Currently studying in a relevant field, preferably at the master's level, such as psychology, sociology, or business sciences with a focus on market research.
  • Experience with analysis tools like SPSS, R, or Excel is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for deriving insights from data.
  • Ability to work independently and present findings clearly.
  • Experience in UX research and knowledge of user experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Structured and careful work ethic with good communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a UX research role.
  • Familiarity with user experience principles in e-commerce.
  • Interest in contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
