About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student in HR Controlling & Reporting - Remote to join our HR Analytics Team at Roland Berger. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR reporting and data analysis while working remotely. You will play a crucial role in creating HR data queries and analyses, ensuring data protection, and supporting our team in various HR projects.

What You'll Do

  • Independently handle HR data requests while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards to visualize key metrics.
  • Assist in planning and implementing automated self-service BI data solutions.
  • Contribute to FTE forecasting and data quality checks.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance HR reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Excellent Excel skills for data querying and analysis.
  • Initial experience with databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL), Excel queries (e.g., DAX), or PowerBI.
  • Strong interest in HR topics and awareness of data protection requirements.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured working style.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Previous internship experience in HR or analytics.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python or R).
