IT Support Technician - EUC L2 Remote Role

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician - EUC L2 Remote to join our team at AVASO Technology Solutions. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operations of their IT systems. As part of the Site Technology Servicing team, you will be the point of contact for IT support, assisting with desktop, laptop, and office IT issues. Your expertise will help us maintain high service levels and ensure user satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for end-user desktop and laptop systems.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of various software on user systems and servers.
• Manage new user onboarding by preparing IT assets and tools.
• Support offboarding processes, including collecting and sanitizing IT assets.
• Coordinate with backend teams for network and server smart hand support.
• Handle tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain IT asset management and coordinate with external vendors for additional support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support with increasing levels of responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft server technologies.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize workload based on SLAs.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a corporate enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of network devices such as switches and routers.
