Web3 Product Manager - Leading Crypto Commerce Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a Web3 Product Manager to join our team at Bitrefill, the global leader in crypto commerce. As a Web3 Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of how people use cryptocurrency for everyday transactions. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a talented team across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

• Own product discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct direct research with users who spend crypto daily to understand their setups, workarounds, and frustrations.
• Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog; ship end-to-end alongside engineering and design teams.
• Make integration decisions about chains, wallets, and protocols based on usage data rather than market hype.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination with compliance, marketing, support, and operations to ensure alignment across the organization.
• Represent Bitrefill in crypto communities and at industry conferences, enhancing our visibility and reputation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Proven track record of shipping products with real adoption and success.
• Experience leading work across distributed teams and time zones.
• Practical experience with DeFi, including vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics.
• Familiarity with wallet UX across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Ability to decompose large problems into shippable increments and facilitate alignment across engineering, design, and business functions.
• Strong written communication skills for specifications, decision documents, and async updates.

• Experience working with AI tools to draft specifications and improve communication.
• A mindset that balances skepticism toward hype with curiosity about actual usage patterns.
