Web Developer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our team remotely. As a Web Developer remote, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our digital presence while ensuring that our websites are fast, secure, and user-friendly.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites for Remote Staff Seeker and its clients.
• Manage hosting environments, name servers, databases, SSL, and email accounts, including setup, configuration, renewals, and troubleshooting.
• Build high-converting landing pages and funnels for marketing campaigns.
• Integrate forms, tracking, and analytics for campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Set up automations and workflows to improve efficiency across operations, HR, lead management, and reporting.
• Implement technical SEO optimizations and fixes to enhance website visibility.
• Provide regular updates on website performance, SEO health, and campaign tracking.
• Monitor uptime, security, and analytics data to ensure optimal website performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in website development and maintenance (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of hosting, domains, SSL, email systems, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with landing pages, funnels, and marketing integrations.
• Knowledge of automation tools, APIs, and workflow optimizations.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, technical fixes, and content management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools.
