About the Role
As a Warehouse Picker at Nellis Auction, you’re the final step before customers get their auction wins. In this Warehouse Picker - Remote position, you’ll be responsible for locating and retrieving purchased items quickly and accurately—making sure customers receive exactly what they’re expecting. It’s a fast-paced, active role for someone who loves to stay moving and thrives in a team setting.
What You’ll Do
- Pick and prepare sold items for customer pickup or delivery.
- Navigate the warehouse efficiently to locate items.
- Work safely and support your teammates.
- Help uphold the Nellis Auction Core Values through quality service.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of inventory control experience preferred.
- Required to meet performance standards and KPI.
- Understanding of inventory control is required.
- High level computer skills, math skills, and grammar skills.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand all day and work in extreme temperatures.
- Warehouse experience is preferred; bilingual is a plus!
Physical Demands
The Picker position requires the following physical capabilities:
- Standing/walking for long periods: Ability to stand and be on your feet for 10+ hours a day.
- Working in extreme weather conditions: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Lifting and carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed.
- Team lifting: Collaborating with other team members to safely move large and bulky items.
