About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Wafer Process Engineer to join our team remotely. As a Wafer Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in semiconductor manufacturing, focusing on processes such as diffusion, LPCVD, PVD, and wet cleaning. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production and improving manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the installation and startup of production equipment for semiconductor processes.
  • Establish and manage production conditions to ensure stable operations.
  • Analyze and implement quality improvements for production products.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and propose preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through optimization of material usage and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience as a process or equipment engineer in semiconductor front-end processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
  • Experience with diffusion, LPCVD, PVD, wet cleaning, or dry etching processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods such as SPC, FMEA, and DOE is desirable.
