VP of Data & AI - Lead Innovative Strategies in Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We are seeking a VP of Data & AI to join our innovative team at UMATR. This role is pivotal as you will lead the charge in shaping our data and AI strategy, driving impactful business outcomes. As a VP of Data & AI remote, you will have the opportunity to build and lead our Business Intelligence (BI), internal metrics, and AI/ML initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s Data & AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the BI, analytics, and AI/ML teams to deliver actionable insights and predictive models.
• Collaborate with the C-suite and executive leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and develop multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to enhance the company’s core product offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on Data & AI.
• Advanced expertise in machine learning and AI; a PhD is highly valued but not essential.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
• Experience in building and executing large-scale Data and AI strategies.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, GCP, TensorFlow, or PyTorch are preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech, Banking, Cybersecurity, or Fraud.
