Visual Designer - Remote Opportunity in Healthcare

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This Visual Designer role offers the chance to work on impactful projects in the healthcare sector, producing high-quality digital content that adheres to strict regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality digital assets including banners, social graphics, clinical infographics, charts, and HTML emails built from scratch.
• Design across multiple healthcare brands while maintaining consistency and compliance.
• Translate clinical data and brand strategy into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and quality partners to deliver submission-ready content.
• Work hands-on in a production-heavy environment with speed, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Use AI and automation tools to enhance workflows and scale content efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional visual or graphic design experience.
• Strong digital design skills across HTML, motion/animated banners, and multi-channel content.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (pharma, medical, legal, or other compliance-heavy fields).
• Ability to support multiple brands and manage fast-paced production workloads.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong visual problem-solving skills.
• Curious, adaptable, and open to using AI to improve design quality and efficiency.
