About the Role

We are seeking a talented Pre-Sales Technical Consultant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our client relationships and ensuring they receive innovative and efficient solutions tailored to their needs. As a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their business models and operational challenges, translating these insights into actionable recommendations that drive long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Retention, and clients to develop deep knowledge of selected accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to position our company as a trusted provider of domain-specific solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of account strategies for initiatives such as Project28 and LandmarkConnect.
  • Identify opportunities for tailored solutions and coordinate with internal and external partners to meet client needs.
  • Analyze and support business requirements to ensure clarity across all stakeholders.
  • Present proposed solutions to both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Provide training and guidance to the team to enhance their understanding of business processes.
  • Offer escalated support for internal queries related to solutions and the broader product suite.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of the property industry, including residential and commercial conveyancing.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in capturing requirements and providing training to clients.
  • Ability to propose integrated solutions that align closely with customer needs.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills to understand complex challenges.
  • Experience with API and technical processes is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of legal software and broader market trends.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
