Project Manager - Real Estate Management (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager in Real Estate Management to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will oversee and manage real estate projects, ensuring their timely and successful execution while maintaining a clear overview of the project portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Plan, control, and monitor real estate management projects, ensuring efficient and successful implementation.
• Prioritize projects across teams and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the central point of contact between internal and external project stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Create informative status reports, presentations, and decision-making documents while ensuring transparent project documentation.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early, assess them, and initiate necessary actions or escalations.
• Evaluate project outcomes post-completion, derive recommendations, and actively contribute to the development of project standards and processes.

Requirements

• Completed training or a degree related to real estate or property management.
• Experience in project management or project control.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Structured working style and quick comprehension skills.
• Ability to think outside the box, recognize relationships, and proactively advance topics.
• Class B driver's license is a plus.

• Experience with project management software.
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and standards.
• Fluency in additional languages.
