About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President Product Manager for JPM Coin Digital Payments to join our innovative team. This remote role allows you to shape the future of product innovation, driving value for customers and guiding successful launches. As a core leader in Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, the firm's blockchain-focused business unit, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality products that resonate with institutional clients.

What You'll Do

• Develop a comprehensive product strategy and vision that delivers exceptional value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and conduct market research to uncover customer needs and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build frameworks and track key success metrics such as cost, features, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier client experiences and successful product launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within traditional payments or blockchain-based payment systems.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
