Vice President of Marketing - Remote Leadership Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing remote to lead our marketing efforts at Algomarketing. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our client’s presence in the healthcare sector. You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates across various regions to implement effective marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Architect and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on acquisition and operational excellence.
• Manage a distributed team of Regional Marketing Managers while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Design integrated patient acquisition strategies that yield measurable ROI, leveraging digital marketing channels such as SEO/SEM and paid media.
• Collaborate with market leaders to develop localized growth plans that align with clinic capacity and community needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in building and scaling marketing operations with measurable growth outcomes.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Experience in healthcare marketing and knowledge of HIPAA regulations is strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare CRM/EHR systems.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta platforms, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
• Strong analytical skills with a history of data-driven decision-making.
