Vice President of Finance - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Finance - Remote to lead our financial strategy and operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial forecasting, strategic planning, and revenue governance, ensuring the company's financial health and growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will drive financial leadership and capital strategy while fostering a culture of compliance and regulatory oversight.

What You'll Do

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s long-term objectives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Oversee treasury management and capital strategy to optimize cash flow and funding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership in mergers and acquisitions, private financing, and institutional financing initiatives.
• Utilize data visualization and analytical skills to present financial data effectively to stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on strategic finance and financial leadership.
• Proven track record in financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue modeling and unit economics.
• Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
