Vice President of Finance - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Finance to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As the Vice President of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of our organization. What You'll Do

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit readiness.

• Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency within the organization.
• Utilize your expertise in the crypto landscape and blockchain operations to navigate the evolving financial environment.
• Mentor and develop finance team members, promoting professional growth and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vice President of Finance or similar leadership role, preferably in the FinTech or crypto industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on FP&A and budgeting.
• Experience in managing financial operations, accounting, and treasury management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
