About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to join our team remotely. In this key leadership role, you will oversee compliance strategies and regulatory affairs, ensuring our organization adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. What You'll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies across the organization.
- Monitor and assess regulatory changes and ensure the organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all business processes.
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on compliance-related issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about compliance requirements and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in compliance processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage all communications with them.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for FDA submissions, NDA submissions, and other regulatory filings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance and regulatory affairs, preferably in the healthcare or biotech industries.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with strategic planning and risk management.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business, Life Sciences) is preferred.

- Experience in multi-campus management and institutional governance.
- Familiarity with investment banking and private equity.
- Certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CHC) is a plus.
